As of 1 June 2016, Tuula Loikkanen will be in charge of the Finnish Commerce Federation’s commercial operations. She has previously been responsible for lobbying and specialty goods trade on the Board of Directors of the Finnish Commerce Federation. Now her responsibilities will also include events, training, recruiting and partnerships.

Tuula Loikkanen M.Sc. (Admin.), LL.M., M.Sc., 46, has also held the position of CEO of the Union for Fashion Trade in Finland, but in order to take on her new duties, she will transfer completely to the Finnish Commerce Federation as Director, Public Policy and Advocacy by the start of June at the latest.

Before beginning her work with the Union for Fashion Trade in Finland in 2013, Loikkanen worked for nearly 20 years in various lobbying positions in Great Britain and Brussels, for example as Head of the South Finland EU Office.
