How the membership fee is determined
The membership fee is determined according to the sum of wages paid the previous year. The amount of the personnel is the ground for the company’s number of votes at the annual general meeting of the federation. A part-time worker is considered as one person. The working time of those employees who have worked only during a part of the year is added together in relation to the working time. Absent employees (i.e. maternity leave, sick leave) are added to the amount of employees. If the company has started its activities this year, please write 0 (zero)
