As a member, you can get help with negotiations

We are available to support you in negotiations with employee or trade union representatives, work safety inspectors or lawyers, and can usually help you to find solutions. We defend our members’ interests skilfully and professionally. The leading employer organisation has an enormous amount of influence and clout.

However, the experts of the Finnish Commerce Federation do not carry out the processing or related preparatory work in the common courts of law, such as the local court. Members can ask the Finnish Commerce Federation for help to find the right lawyer via its cooperation network . The company will then make its own final choice and instruct the service provider. It can be useful to prepare for legal expenses with a legal expenses insurance.
