Our principle is to conduct one-on-one negotiations with PAM within the so-called negotiation peace. The detailed CBA goals or the details of the negotiation are not disclosed to the public.
Current collective agreements and the industrial peace are valid until 31 January 2023. After the expiration of the validity period and before the entry into force of the new agreement, the provisions of the expired agreement will be followed.
