The National Conciliator did not see the conditions to present a settlement proposal in the commerce sector’s labor dispute

The mediation of the labor dispute between the Finnish Commerce Federation and Service Sector United PAM continued today, Sunday, under the leadership of the National Conciliator.

The parties remain so far apart in their objectives that the National Conciliator did not see the conditions to present a settlement proposal.

The three-day long logistics strikes in the commerce sector will take place starting tomorrow, 17 February. These will be immediately followed by three-day long store strikes beginning on 19 February.

The mediation of the labor dispute will continue on Tuesday 18 February.
