The negotiation result in the commerce sector has been approved by the unions’ administrations

The administrations of the Finnish Commerce Federation and the Service Union PAM have today approved the negotiation result reached yesterday. The terms of employment and wages in the commerce sector have now been agreed upon for a three-year period, and the new collective agreements will be in effect from 1 February 2025, to 31 January 2028.

Wage increases will be implemented as follows:

  • Personal wages and wage tables will be increased by 2.9% starting May 1, 2025.
  • Personal wages and wage tables will be increased by 2.5% starting August 1, 2026.
  • Personal wages and wage tables will be increased by 2.4% starting May 1, 2027.
