The Finnish Commerce Federation and the Union of Private Sector Professionals ERTO have accepted the result of the negotiations concerning the collective labour agreement for opticians.

The cost of raw materials and energy in particular will lead to higher prices. In the last quarter of last year, the growth in turnover was based solely on the increase in prices. After the pandemic period, employment in the retail sector is expected to decline.
