Service Union United PAM declared an overtime ban in the trade sector

Service Union United PAM declared an overtime ban in the trade sector in addition to the previously announced bans on shift changes and transfers.

The overtime ban begins on Monday 10 February 2025, and will remain in effect until further notice.

Overtime must always be agreed upon separately with employees, so the ban does not interfere with the employer’s right to direct work. Furthermore, overtime can still be performed if separately agreed with the employee.
