Collective Agreement Negotiations for the Commerce Sector Continued on 14 January 2025

The Finnish Commerce Federation and Service Union United PAM convened for their second negotiation meeting on Wednesday, 14 January 2025.

The parties have been working over the past week on parts of the text proposals. The main focus has been on finalizing the salary system for sales personnel.

The working group sessions will continue tomorrow, Thursday, and the main table negotiations will resume on Friday, 16 January  2025.
