Commercial sector’s collective bargaining agreement negotiations’ result approved

Finnish Commerce Federation and Service Union United PAM negotiations’ result is approved by parties’ administrations. Parties were able to reach the negotiations’ result without the National Conciliator’s proposal.

Salary increases are 2.0% as of 1 April 2020 and 1.3% as of 1 April 2021. A more thorough negotiations’ result’s content will be announced on Monday 17 January.

PAM’s overtime ban is stopped immediately. Strikes that PAM announced earlier and which would have begun next Tuesday, are now cancelled as well.
