Exceptional arrangements for the Board of the Finnish Commerce Federation and the Work Committee of the Board
The Board of the Finnish Commerce Federation and the Work Committee of the Board shall meet at the start of the sick leave of Hannu Krook, the CEO of SOK, who was elected as Chair for 2022 under exceptional arrangements.
At its meeting today, the Election Committee of the Finnish Commerce Federation decided on the organisation of the Board of the Finnish Commerce Federation and the Work Committee of the Board for the duration of Hannu Krook‘s sick leave.
Arttu Laine, the COO of SOK, will become a member of the Board and the Work Committee of the Board as of 26 November 2021. Mikko Helander, President and CEO of Kesko Corporation and Vice-Chair of the Board of the Finnish Commerce Federation and the Work Committee of the Board, will serve as Chair of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board as of 1 January 2022. Both duties continue throughout Hannu Krook’s sick leave.
