Finnish Commerce Federation and PAM will start collective agreement and salary negotiations in January
Finnish Commerce Federation and Service Union United PAM have agreed that next year’s collective agreement and salary negotiations will begin on 12 January 2023.
The unions have agreed on negotiation times for January, after the Service Union United PAM terminated the current collective agreements in the trade sector to expire. The current collective agreements between the unions and the industrial peace are valid until 31 January 2023.
