Mari Kiviniemi stepping down as Managing Director of the Finnish Commerce Federation
Mari Kiviniemi has resigned from her position as Managing Director of the Finnish Commerce Federation. She will continue in her role until 1 April 2024.
“These five years at the Finnish Commerce Federation have been an inspiring and wonderful time. The renewal of the Finnish Commerce Federation’s strategy now offers me a good opportunity to move onwards. I would like to thank all of those who participated in the activities of the Federation and its partners for these rewarding years. However, now is the time for something new,” says Mari Kiviniemi.
“Clear results have been achieved in the effectiveness of the Finnish Commerce Federation’s lobbying in recent years, and the voice of the commerce sector can now be heard better than before. I would like to thank Mari Kiviniemi for a job well done and for leading the Federation’s activities. We have started the search for a new Managing Director to find a successor,” says Jorma Rauhala, Chairman of the Board of the Finnish Commerce Federation.
